Teams settings are automatically synchronized on the user's UpSlide session. This article describes the settings that can be modified from the portal and deployed to all users simultaneously.

Some settings in this article can be set up differently for specific user groups or automatically via provisioning. Don't hesitate to look at the rest of our documentation for more information on those subjects.
Add-in settings
The Add-in settings tab in the Configuration section contains Excel settings you can turn on and off depending on your team's preference.

Libraries and shared paths
You can set up several shared paths for your teams to access different functionalities. Each functionality has unique qualities to consider when creating a shared path, as detailed in their own articles.
- Libraries: content such as slides, images, objects. Setting up a Library location.
- Dynamic Libraries: formatted content such as Tombstones, CVs, Bios. Setting up Dynamic Libraries.
- Customization - Templates & Styles: storage location for template modifications. Creating a customization path.
- Customization - Library suggestion path: storage location for Library content suggestions. The suggestion path follows the same rules as the Library path and should have it's own path. If the suggestion path is a subfolder of any of the above, the functionalities will not work.
Important
If you decide to change any of these paths, ensure you've granted access to the users. Any changes to these settings will be synchronized when the users restart UpSlide. If they haven't been granted access to the paths used, they won't be able to access the content anymore.
