The templates button in Word allows your team to easily access the most important Word templates. If you have a large number you can insert whole documents into the library instead.
Add a new template
- Open your document that you want to add into UpSlide
- Go to Templates button and choose the Edit Template List at the bottom of the dropdown
- Within the window you can select Add which will add the open Word file into the bottom of the templates list
Note: This is now saved on your machine only. To share the change with your team follow this procedure.
Rename, update or delete an existing template
- Go to Templates button and choose Edit Template List at the bottom of the dropdown
- Within the window you can now rename, delete or replace an existing template.
As with adding templates any changes are saved on your machine only. To share the change with your team follow this procedure.
