New features
The new version of our provisioning now allows you to:
- Multiple User Group Membership: Users can now be members of multiple user groups simultaneously. This allows for finer-grained management of rights and access.
- Cumulative Inherited Options and Content: Options and content inherited from different user groups are now cumulative. This approach provides more granular and adaptable permission management.
Deprecation notice
On April 6th of 2026, we will stop our legacy provisioning system. The Provisioning will be stopped for all accounts that have not been migrated to the new system.
To avoid any impact on new licence creation or deletion, please refer to the next paragraph.
Important
Users who already have UpSlide licenses will be able to continue working without any interruption, and access to UpSlide will not be affected.
How to keep provisioning?
Our team will contact you to inform you of this change. Please sync with us, as migrating your account to the new provisioning version requires restarting provisioning.
If your account is not migrated by April 6th, provisioning will be disabled. You will need to re-enable it with the steps below:
- Log in to the Portal: Log in to the portal using your usual credentials.

Re-enable Provisioning: Navigate to the "Portal Parameters" tab and enable provisioning.
- Copy the New Token: The portal will generate a new authentication token. Copy this token.
- Update Entra ID Configuration: Update your Entra ID environment by pasting the new token.
