Between May 12th and May 16th, our teams will carry out an important migration for all accounts using provisioning. You have nothing to do before. Afterwards, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to reactivate provisioning.
New features
The new version of our provisioning now allows you to:
- Multiple User Group Membership: Users can now simultaneously be members of multiple user groups. This allows for finer-grained management of rights and access.
- Cumulative Inherited Options and Content: Options and content inherited from different user groups are now cumulative. This approach provides more granular and adaptable permission management.
Migration Process
The migration of your account to the new provisioning version will be carried out automatically.
During this process, the following actions will occur simultaneously:
- Automatic Account Migration: Your account will be transferred to the new version without any action required on your part.
- Temporary Deactivation of Automatic Provisioning: The synchronization between your Entra ID environment and the license management portal will be temporarily disabled. This means that changes made to your Entra ID environment (assigning licenses to new users, editing or removing licensed users) will no longer be automatically reflected in the license management portal during the migration.
Users who already have UpSlide licenses will be able to continue working without any interruption, and access to UpSlide will not be affected.
Once your account is migrated, you will receive a notification via email and a reminder on how to re-enable your provisioning.
You can also follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Portal: Log in to the portal using your usual credentials.

Re-enable Provisioning: Navigate to the "Advanced Settings" tab and re-enable the provisioning functionality.
- Copy the New Token: The portal will generate a new authentication token. Copy this token.
- Update Entra ID Configuration: Update the configuration of your Entra ID environment by pasting the new token.
