Access your on-brand templates when creating a new presentation as a first step to start using UpSlide in PowerPoint.
Start a new presentation
- Open PowerPoint.
- Go to the UpSlide tab and click Templates (at the top left-hand corner of the ribbon).
- This will open a drop-down menu with the list of the templates available for your company. Choose your template and click on it to open up a new presentation.
Many UpSlide features, such as the automatic Table of Contents or the Library, are customized to fit these templates only. It is essential to follow the steps below when creating a new presentation to make sure you will have access to every UpSlide feature.
Tip
If your slide's layout is not adapted to the content you would like to insert, select your slide and use the New Slide or Layout buttons (below the Templates button) to change the predefined arrangement for your slide content. See GIF above. You can also press Ctrl+Shift+K to navigate through the different layouts available in your template.
