First, make sure your Power BI report is published online on your Workspace.
On your PowerPoint presentation, choose the slide and placeholder where you want to add your visual
Open a report through the Power BI import window
In the UpSlide tab, click on the Import Visuals button
The Power BI panel will open.
Make sure you are connected to your Office 365 account: the same you use to publish your Power BI report online on your Workspace
Apply filters on the visuals
To export a visual, click on the […] button, then Export to PowerPoint
You can import several visuals simultaneously.

- Visual title
- Tab title
- Last modification
- Dashboard Title
- Applied filters : Date - Store
If all your exported visuals are not in the Update links pane, click on the Refresh list button
If needed you can crop the visual imported from your Power BI report
Do not group visuals, the export won’t work.
- Select the visuals you want to update
- Click on the Update button
Congratulations! Your report is up to date!
You can open your report from this pane by clicking on the “Open report” link
You can also export the whole page of your report
