UpSlide has developed a set of tools to help you navigating the Library effortlessly.
The structure of the Library
The structure of the Library is quite simple:
- A Library contains folders.
- Each folder contains subfolders and/or collections.
- Each collection contains one or several items.
An item is which can be inserted into a document (slide, shape, etc). When you click on a folder or a collection, the items contained in it appear in a grey pane at the bottom of the Library pane. In the grey pane, double click on an item to insert it in your document.
See below a table of the different types of collection:

How to browse the Library
You can use the search bar to quickly find the content you need. UpSlide will look for content based on folder or item name as well as any text contained in each slide or object. When clicking the search bar, UpSlide display the list of the five items most used recently.
You can also filter the Library by content type to help you find what you’re looking for using the filter icon at the top-left corner of the pane.
Within the library pane, click on the folder icon to show the subfolders and collections. Click on a file or folder name to see a preview of the contents within it.
You can easily change the size of the preview pane and adjust the scale (at the bottom-left corner of the pane) to change the preview size. Hover over an item to view a larger preview.
