Issue:
Exported image quality is poor
This probably happens because Graphic Drivers are missing or not updated.
It mostly affects Windows 7 and Office 2010, but can also happen with newer versions:
There are issues with the file format used by UpSlide and the default graphic driver issued by Microsoft. This can result in exports looking inaccurate in comparison to the Excel version.
Fix:
First you'll need to know which graphic card is installed on the computer. There are 3 Manufacturers:
- Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
- AMD: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Nvidia: https://www.nvidia.fr/Download/index.aspx
If you don't know what is your graphic card, you can use HWinfo to know everything about your computer's hardware: https://www.hwinfo.com/
Once you know the graphic card manufacturer, go to their website in order to download the latest driver available.
In some specific cases, drivers are not available from the Graphic Card Manufacturer's website, but only on the Computer Manufacturer's website.
