Can I convert my data before sending it by email

With our Excel Send feature, you can convert your Excel data before sending it by email.

If you send your data as an attachment, you can convert the attached file to .xls and .pdf directly in the Save as Type pane.

You can additionally compress it to a .zip file by checking the box Compress Attachment.

If you send your data in the body of an e-mail, you can send it as an image or as html. Just click on the corresponding option under the Email Selection pane.
