How do I contact support directly from UpSlide?
To contact us :
- Open any Office application.
- Go to the far left of your UpSlide ribbon and click the help button.
- In the drop-down, select the "contact support" button.
How to contact UpSlide via Email?

I can't send an email; UpSlide is displaying an error.
This error is displayed when the new Outlook is the default application used to send emails. Due to technical limitations in the new Outlook, UpSlide can't directly send your email to our team.
In that case, if you click on "continue," a folder with a pre-prepared .zip file of your logs will open, and a new email will appear. You will need to add the .zip file as an attachment, and you can write about your issue directly before sending it to our team.
